While achieving your ideal weight or improving specific health measures is certainly important, we will also explore the other areas that contribute to your well-being: your mental, emotional, social, and environmental health. Health is a multi-dimensional concept, and through exploration of these areas, we can craft a balanced approach to your overall wellness.
In most states, a personalized meal plan requires the expertise of a Registered Dietician. However, we will take a “big picture” look at your eating habits and I’ll provide insight and recommendations. We’ll also explore the “how” of your eating habits which is just as important as the “what.”
Coaching and therapy have distinct differences in their focus and approach. Therapy addresses emotional and psychological challenges, often delving into past experiences and traumas. In contrast, coaching is future-oriented, helping individuals set and achieve specific goals to enhance personal or professional areas. While therapy is more clinical, coaching is collaborative and action-oriented, providing support to overcome obstacles and reach desired outcomes.
Each week we’ll connect for 50 minutes – your choice of Zoom or phone, whichever suits you best - to focus entirely on YOU. For optimal results, I suggest finding a quiet spot, free from distractions (though I totally get that life happens).
Achieving lasting change requires time. Thus, I suggest a minimum commitment of 3 months for coaching. Interestingly, many of my clients opt to continue our coaching beyond these initial 3 months. They find immense value in the support and accountability I provide, knowing there's someone firmly in their corner.
